We had a great new year's experience at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing with fresh fruits, cold cuts, cheese, and homemade bread. We also enjoyed the spa facilities after a day of skiing. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the ski lifts, and the views of the surrounding area were breathtaking.
We encountered some communication issues with the staff, and there were some inconsistencies in the hotel's amenities. We had trouble with the Wi-Fi in our room and there was no laundry service available, even though it was advertised.

We recently had a lovely weekend at a family, run hotel in a breathtaking location. the staff were friendly and always ready to help. the breakfast spread was impressive with fresh fruit, cold cuts, cheese, and bread. They also offered a made, to, order egg station, which was a nice touch. the spa facilities were a great way to relax after a long hike. the hotel was conveniently located close to the bus stop and chair lifts.
the towels provided were of poor quality.

We loved the amazing views and the comfortable bed. The breakfast was very delicious with a good selection of fresh food. The staff were friendly and always helpful with our needs. The hotel facilities, including the spa, were amazing and a real treat after a long day of hiking.
